The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ismael Polledo during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Carbonero 1891! Xavieon Galindo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Estavan Fonoll in the 14th minute of play forced Oratorio's goalkeeper Gorka Saboya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 17 minutes, Florentino Ahumada mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carbonero 1891 and the Oratorio players grew even worse after the yellow card. Florentino Ahumada kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. If Xavieon Galindo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xavieon Galindo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Froilan Telena when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Oratorio getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Rogerio Guardamiño hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Oratorio's zone, Fonda Andrino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gorka Saboya came out of the goal and Fonda Andrino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Urre Armas during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Oratorio booed when Carbonero 1891 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urre Armas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute of the match Oratorio got a corner. Carbonero 1891's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rogerio Guardamiño ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Rogerio Guardamiño almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Carbonero 1891's Froilan Telena did a great save. Laurentzi Autran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fonda Andrino in the 43rd minute of play forced Oratorio's goalkeeper Gorka Saboya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fonda Andrino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Estavan Fonoll fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gorka Saboya having to interfere. Froilan Telena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laurentzi Autran in the 63rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Carbonero 1891's zone, Xavieon Galindo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Froilan Telena came out of the goal and Xavieon Galindo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the match, Carbonero 1891's goal looked a bit too open when Laurentzi Autran came free, but Froilan Telena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Laurentzi Autran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oratorio fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Laurentzi Autran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oratorio's supporters rose to their feet, but Laurentzi Autran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Froilan Telena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 74 minutes into the game, Leo Muelas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carbonero 1891's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oratorio the free kick. In the 74th minute, Leo Muelas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xavieon Galindo in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Froilan Telena saved Carbonero 1891 from getting behind. Froilan Telena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavieon Galindo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a left leg Froilan Telena saved Carbonero 1891 from getting behind. 90 minutes into the match, Estavan Fonoll notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Oratorio's Gorka Saboya. Gorka Saboya was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
