Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 0) Nando's Ignacio Casanande started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nando's Macias Buscando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastiano Martino in the 3rd minute of play. Genaro Viado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Telo Muro having to interfere. Came's Sebastiano Martino got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th minute, Ignacio Casanande ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Telo Muro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A collision led to Nando getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Selatse Mariaza hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olivar Viciola got free with Macias Buscando in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 15 minutes into the game, Silvano Laserna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nando's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Came the free kick. After 16 played minutes Nando got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Laserna. Macias Buscando stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastiano Martino's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Macias Buscando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olivar Viciola in the 24th minute. Olivar Viciola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Macias Buscando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Nando's Selatse Mariaza got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 33rd play minute Olivar Viciola came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Macias Buscando. 1-1. When Ignacio Casanande came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Nando fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ignacio Casanande couldn't finish the play. Genaro Viado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Telo Muro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ignacio Casanande struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Telo Muro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nando. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Olivar Viciola managed to get in a good position for a shot. Came's supporters rose to their feet, but Olivar Viciola was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Macias Buscando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olivar Viciola made a kick off. After having played for 78 minutes, Selatse Mariaza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nando's supporters crossed their fingers, but Selatse Mariaza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nastasio Cezuago's late challenge caught a Nando's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nastasio Cezuago helped the player get up and apologised. Nastasio Cezuago hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Genaro Viado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Telo Muro having to interfere.
