Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Firme Pujana took the kick off in the first half of the match. Obdulio's Baumar Cecilia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Obdulio from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Obdulio getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Itzaina Verastegui hit a great ball. The supporters of Vergara booed when Obdulio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seber Santalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vergara's Sansone Cabrera got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 12 played minutes Obdulio got a freekick which was hit by Incendio Borbolla. In the 19th minute Firme Pujana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Torquemada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elodio Benedid's late challenge caught a Obdulio's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elodio Benedid helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Vergara getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Elodio Benedid hit a great ball. Firme Pujana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sansone Cabrera in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Baumar Cecilia, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Baumar Cecilia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Danilo Canton's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 31st match minute, Obdulio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Itzaina Verastegui to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes in the game, Danilo Canton fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Baumar Cecilia having to interfere. If Sansone Cabrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 39th minute, Sansone Cabrera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Obdulio's Seber Santalla got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 43rd minute, Sansone Cabrera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vergara fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Danilo Canton made the kick off in the second half. Danilo Canton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Baumar Cecilia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karmel Licon charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karmel Licon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th minute, Karmel Licon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Danilo Canton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vergara's supporters rose to their feet, but Danilo Canton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baumar Cecilia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Vergara getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Haritz Orodea hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, Vergara's goalkeeper Niceto Torquemada had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chap Moro. 66 minutes into the game, Chap Moro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Obdulio's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vergara the free kick. In the 66th match minute, Obdulio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chap Moro to maneuver through the defense. Baumar Cecilia came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Vergara's Sansone Cabrera. But to his dismay, Sansone Cabrera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Vergara's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Reno Arroyuelo 75 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. If Danilo Canton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Sansone Cabrera notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Obdulio's Baumar Cecilia. Baumar Cecilia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sansone Cabrera struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Baumar Cecilia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vergara. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chap Moro got free with Niceto Torquemada in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vergara were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Obdulio for a fine match.
