Nazario Eraso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Montel Salaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute Frederico Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xoan Luaces saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xoan Luaces made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Fortunato Montemayor sent off a good shot on target. In the 16th minute Constancio Alemparte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nazario Eraso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frederico Sena in the 20th minute of play forced Tala FC's goalkeeper Xoan Luaces to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute of the match Bonifaco Goite shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nazario Eraso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A. D. Montes de Solymar's Fortunato Montemayor got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fortunato Montemayor took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xoan Luaces. Xoan Luaces dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 46 minutes into the game, Tala FC's Montel Salaya nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nazario Eraso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Constancio Alemparte was the one to do the kick off. A. D. Montes de Solymar were furious when Patrik Persoens was red carded, 53 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 57th minute of the match Tala FC got a corner. A. D. Montes de Solymar's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bonifaco Goite ran over to the corner to take the kick. 59 minutes into the match, Tala FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fortunato Montemayor came free, but Xoan Luaces reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tala FC's Montel Salaya got a free kick in the 59th minute. When Tala FC's Otsando Vagrande in 62 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Nazario Eraso guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After a rather tough play, A. D. Montes de Solymar's Abelardo Balboa got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Nazario Eraso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Otsando Vagrande in the 64th minute. Xoan Luaces showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fortunato Montemayor, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Xoan Luaces came out of the goal and Fortunato Montemayor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fortunato Montemayor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Xoan Luaces tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Tala FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Constancio Alemparte hit a great ball. When Fortunato Montemayor came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the A. D. Montes de Solymar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fortunato Montemayor couldn't finish the play. Xoan Luaces took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remir Nobajas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remir Nobajas scored 3-2 in the 99th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Xoan Luaces, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that A. D. Montes de Solymar were the better team. A. D. Montes de Solymar's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
