The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tulio Pujado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matthew Valdivieso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Xefe Marsol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Matthew Valdivieso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Scavino FC's Matthew Valdivieso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xefe Marsol in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Scavino FC's goalkeeper Matthew Valdivieso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tulio Pujado. When Quinten Albarez came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Scavino FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Quinten Albarez couldn't finish the play. When Xefe Marsol came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the ORIENTAL FC fans jumped to their feet. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tulio Pujado in the 21st minute of play forced Scavino FC's goalkeeper Matthew Valdivieso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Xefe Marsol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 29th minute, Tulio Pujado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tulio Pujado who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Matthew Valdivieso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gil Centenales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zuberoa Sans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 33 played minutes Scavino FC got a freekick which was hit by Eusko Lahoz. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Tulio Pujado took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Matthew Valdivieso to make any attempt to save it. Gil Centenales showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quin Garona, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Xefe Marsol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matthew Valdivieso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Gil Centenales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carmelo Padilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Scavino FC's Matthew Valdivieso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Scavino FC from getting a goal against them. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tulio Pujado to make the kick off. Matthew Valdivieso came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by ORIENTAL FC's Tulio Pujado. But to his dismay, Tulio Pujado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. A collision led to ORIENTAL FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Chuan Olar hit a great ball. Matthew Valdivieso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tulio Pujado in the 57th minute of play. Tulio Pujado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, Xefe Marsol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matthew Valdivieso was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Zuberoa Sans took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gil Centenales. Gil Centenales dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. Ramiro Vizcaya kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Xefe Marsol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ORIENTAL FC's Gil Centenales played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quin Garona in the 89th minute of play. Tulio Pujado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
