In the 11th minute, Cordaryal Arteaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 13 minutes, Dubardo Gustros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Duranzo AFC and the Peñarol es Quemar! players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Peñarol es Quemar! booed when Duranzo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dubardo Gustros didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mazuste Olan in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Demesio Cabarcos saved Duranzo AFC from getting behind. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Duranzo AFC's goalkeeper Demesio Cabarcos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gipuzkoa Castaneda in the 26th minute of play forced Peñarol es Quemar!'s goalkeeper Aurelio Isadore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Demesio Cabarcos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Escorcia went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 40 minutes, Mazuste Olan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peñarol es Quemar!'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Mazuste Olan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 42 played minutes Duranzo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Altamirano. Demesio Cabarcos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mazuste Olan's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. The Duranzo AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Peñarol es Quemar! were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gipuzkoa Castaneda was the one to do the kick off. Aurelio Isadore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gipuzkoa Castaneda in the 51st minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, Peñarol es Quemar!'s goal looked a bit too open when Dubardo Gustros came free, but Aurelio Isadore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mazuste Olan in the 65th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Demesio Cabarcos kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-3 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Mazuste Olan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Demesio Cabarcos made a huge save. Gipuzkoa Castaneda scored 1-3 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aurelio Isadore, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Duranzo AFC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Elias Camarero hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute of the match Mikelats Vallearena sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Demesio Cabarcos skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gipuzkoa Castaneda in the 76th minute of play forced Peñarol es Quemar!'s goalkeeper Aurelio Isadore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Peñarol es Quemar!'s Mazuste Olan in 77 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Demesio Cabarcos guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. A collision led to Peñarol es Quemar! getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. David Tudela hit a great ball.
