Iraunkor Nanclares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th minute, Teo Mestanza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eguerdi Luyando was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A collision led to Carqueja FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Raul Trincado hit a great ball. Iraunkor Nanclares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eguerdi Luyando having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Carqueja FC's zone, Teo Mestanza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eguerdi Luyando came out of the goal and Teo Mestanza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Teo Mestanza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 26 minutes, Carlo Larios managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carqueja FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlo Larios was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Valdeboñiga F.C.'s Teo Mestanza in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carqueja FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 33 played minutes Carqueja FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Aoiz. When Valdeboñiga F.C.'s Iraunkor Nanclares in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carqueja FC's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Carqueja FC booed when Valdeboñiga F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Mestanza didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Raul Trincado came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Carqueja FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raul Trincado couldn't finish the play. Valdeboñiga F.C.'s Godofredo Miar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Valdeboñiga F.C. from getting a goal against them. Carlo Larios received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Godofredo Miar came out and tried to block the shot, but Carlo Larios slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 47th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teo Mestanza made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iraunkor Nanclares got free with Eguerdi Luyando in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teo Mestanza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eguerdi Luyando came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Valdeboñiga F.C.'s Iraunkor Nanclares. But to his dismay, Iraunkor Nanclares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Godofredo Miar came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Carqueja FC's Carlo Larios. But to his dismay, Carlo Larios quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After having played for 74 minutes, Iraunkor Nanclares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valdeboñiga F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Iraunkor Nanclares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Freddy Lalo fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carqueja FC's protests and gave Freddy Lalo a yellow card for diving instead. Valdeboñiga F.C.'s Teo Mestanza got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Carqueja FC's zone, Iraunkor Nanclares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eguerdi Luyando came out of the goal and Iraunkor Nanclares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Iraunkor Nanclares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valdeboñiga F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Iraunkor Nanclares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eguerdi Luyando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eguerdi Luyando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Mestanza in the 87th minute of play. When Valdeboñiga F.C.'s Iraunkor Nanclares in 89 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Eguerdi Luyando guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 95th minute, Raul Trincado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Godofredo Miar was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. The Carqueja FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
