Spectators: 6688 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1688, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Koldobika Elano took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Veras AFC booed when Rivera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janpier Atencio didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Claus Irulegui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 16 minutes, Koldobika Elano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Veras AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Koldobika Elano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Claus Irulegui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Carbajo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roano Gracia, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. When Koldobika Elano came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Veras AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Koldobika Elano couldn't finish the play. Gartzen Uribe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claus Irulegui in the 28th minute. In the 30thth minute of the game Roano Gracia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Veras AFC's Miguel Carbajo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 33 played minutes, Veras AFC's Marin Sierro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gartzen Uribe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Veras AFC reached it. The supporters of Rivera booed when Veras AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chus Zumarraga didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Koldobika Elano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the match, Rivera's goal looked a bit too open when Koldobika Elano came free, but Gartzen Uribe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roano Gracia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Crescencio Monsalve made a kick off. Chus Zumarraga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Burutzagi Sampil kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Koldobika Elano scored 2-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gartzen Uribe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Seguinus Alfebra took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gartzen Uribe. Rivera's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Rivera getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Hermengildo Palomera hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Veras AFC's Sansone Barma broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Crescencio Monsalve came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Rivera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Crescencio Monsalve couldn't finish the play. After 77 minutes, Sansone Barma mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Veras AFC and the Rivera players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match had been going on for 79 minutes, Rivera's Amadeo Besora got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Miguel Carbajo. Koldobika Elano got in the 85th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Gartzen Uribe handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Crescencio Monsalve fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Miguel Carbajo, passed just outside the right post. In the 91st minute Crescencio Monsalve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Carbajo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. From a short distance, Rivera's Crescencio Monsalve, in the 96th minute, tried to place the ball behind Miguel Carbajo, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. The Rivera players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Veras AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
