Orlan Quicedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Icedo in the 22nd minute of play. After having played for 23 minutes, Castel Borniquell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. guarany FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Castel Borniquell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernabe Cotobal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Orlan Quicedo having to make a save. Castel Borniquell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Vitor Palou made a huge save. Vitor Palou stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jatsu Borja's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Jatsu Borja spun around in front of the goal 32 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Lunarejo AFC's goal. In the 34th minute, Lunarejo AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Castel Borniquell fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 40th match minute, Lunarejo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lando Adames to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Lunarejo AFC's goalkeeper Vitor Palou, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 42nd minute, guarany FC's Jatsu Borja ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vitor Palou. Vitor Palou yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in guarany FC's zone, Lucio Icedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Orlan Quicedo came out of the goal and Lucio Icedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Orlan Quicedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Icedo in the 48th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernabe Cotobal to make the kick off. Vitor Palou stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Castel Borniquell's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. After a rather tough play, Lunarejo AFC's Loco Endaya got a free kick in the 97th minute. There was no doubt that guarany FC were the better team. guarany FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
