The crowd rose to their feet as La Champions Liga's Ugutz Lertora slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gorri Forcelledo. That made the score 1-0 after 5 minutes of play. Bertran Pellicer's late challenge caught a La Champions Liga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bertran Pellicer helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th match minute, Borracho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertran Pellicer to maneuver through the defense. After 10 minutes, Maximino Gudesteo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Champions Liga and the Borracho FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 11 played minutes La Champions Liga got a freekick which was hit by Maximino Gudesteo. After 14 minutes of play, Borracho FC's Senen Matamoros made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dalmau Viniambres was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 17th match minute, Borracho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertran Pellicer to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Borracho FC's Gorri Forcelledo got control of the ball when Anıl Arda Özinal tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 24 minutes of play Borracho FC's Bertran Pellicer was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 24th minute, Bertran Pellicer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gorri Forcelledo was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Ugutz Lertora capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ugutz Lertora really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Panfilo Almaraz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 28th minute. La Champions Liga's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Gilabert Señor fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Champions Liga's protests and gave Gilabert Señor a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th match minute, La Champions Liga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilabert Señor to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the game, Senen Matamoros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Borracho FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Champions Liga the free kick. Senen Matamoros hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Borracho FC's Gorri Forcelledo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Borracho FC from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Borracho FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ciceron Huemen in the 54th minute. Senen Matamoross short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Dalmau Viniambres to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some careless play in the La Champions Liga defense, Senen Matamoros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dalmau Viniambres. The La Champions Liga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dalmau Viniambres should have stopped the shot. When Senen Matamoros was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 59 minutes had been played. Senen Matamoros hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Ugutz Lertora scored 4-2 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gorri Forcelledo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ugutz Lertora in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gorri Forcelledo saved Borracho FC from getting behind. Borracho FC's Gorri Forcelledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ugutz Lertora in the 70th minute of play. If Ugutz Lertora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the match, Borracho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Panfilo Almaraz came free, but Gorri Forcelledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of La Champions Liga booed when Borracho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iraido Zotillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 5-2 became the score in the 76th minute when Panfilo Almaraz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Iraido Zotillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ugutz Lertora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Gorri Forcelledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
