Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Asteri Macon started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a little luck, Developers F.C.'s 柯翀益 got control of the ball when Jerrold Nogueira tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Red Bull Montevideo Fc's zone, Asteri Macon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elpidio Izana came out of the goal and Asteri Macon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15thth minute of the game Asteri Macon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Red Bull Montevideo Fc's Elpidio Izana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jerrold Nogueira's late challenge caught a Developers F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jerrold Nogueira helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Red Bull Montevideo Fc's Jerrold Nogueira got a free kick in the 15th minute. After 16 minutes, Diagur Espriu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Developers F.C. and the Red Bull Montevideo Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. 2-0 became the score in the 19th minute when Txeru Alzaga elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After having played for 23 minutes, Asteri Macon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Developers F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Asteri Macon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Developers F.C. booed when Red Bull Montevideo Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerrold Nogueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute, Diagur Espriu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabrio Mascire charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gabrio Mascire the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th match minute, Red Bull Montevideo Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabrio Mascire to maneuver through the defense. Red Bull Montevideo Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Developers F.C. the free kick. In the 35th minute, Txeru Alzaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elpidio Izana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asteri Macon in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute of the match Gaskon Cañizares shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elpidio Izana showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Pacho Limon kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Txeru Alzaga to strike the kick off in the second half. When Jerrold Nogueira came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Red Bull Montevideo Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jerrold Nogueira couldn't finish the play. Asteri Macon's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 57thth minute, Elpidio Izana skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 58th minute, Jerrold Nogueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Asteri Macon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Elpidio Izana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inge Torienzo might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elpidio Izana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Inge Torienzo ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Freigido in the 64th minute of play forced Developers F.C.'s goalkeeper 柯翀益 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Red Bull Montevideo Fc's Mauro Freigido sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 柯翀益 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Developers F.C.'s Asteri Macon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Asteri Macon's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Elpidio Izana firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 84th minute Developers F.C. were awarded a corner. Iratxo Xavalera went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Iratxo Xavalera got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Elpidio Izana quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Asteri Macon might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elpidio Izana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Asteri Macon ran back to his position shaking his head. 柯翀益 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Freigido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elpidio Izana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Asteri Macon's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. The Red Bull Montevideo Fc players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
