Orain Neriz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Correia went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Los Tres Piernas FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Xantalen Lormendez hit a great ball. In the 10th minute, C. A. Peñarol's Cristian Correia dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 3-0 became the score in the 16th minute when Kaiet Palacio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Los Tres Piernas FC's Orain Neriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Correia in the 20th minute of play. Cristian Correia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orain Neriz having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Gauargi Varaona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Orain Neriz managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when C. A. Peñarol's Cristian Correia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kaiet Palacio struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Orain Neriz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. A. Peñarol. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Cristian Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. A. Peñarol's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Correia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orain Neriz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xantalen Lormendez in the 36th minute of play forced C. A. Peñarol's goalkeeper Erramu Herreros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erramu Herreros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernan Cabredo in the 37th minute of the match. After 41 played minutes Los Tres Piernas FC got a freekick which was hit by Xantalen Lormendez. Orain Neriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the last second Orain Neriz throw himself and got hold of the ball when Kaiet Palacio in the 48thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristian Correia made a kick off. Cristian Correia struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Orain Neriz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. A. Peñarol. C. A. Peñarol's Kaiet Palacio got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kaiet Palacio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Orain Neriz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Correia struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Orain Neriz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. A. Peñarol. Kaiet Palacio took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orain Neriz. Orain Neriz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Kaiet Palacio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orain Neriz having to interfere. Canor Vieitez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Erramu Herreros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kaiet Palacio might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Orain Neriz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kaiet Palacio ran back to his position shaking his head. Los Tres Piernas FC's Orain Neriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaiet Palacio in the 85th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Correia in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orain Neriz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Los Tres Piernas FC defense, Cristian Correia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Orain Neriz. The Los Tres Piernas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Orain Neriz should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. C. A. Peñarol had played much better football throughout.
