The audience thought a goal was coming when Jakue Bodon got free with Cordarrol Rius in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rey Callergos charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rey Callergos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Algorta FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. In the 33rdth minute of the game Beat Monzonis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ramos AFC's Cordarrol Rius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 34th minute of the game. One of Algorta FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ramos AFC:s goal. The referee gave Ramos AFC a penalty, 36 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Henrico Duarte, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Algorta FC's Nunez Mediano. 0-2. After a rather tough play, Ramos AFC's Ladislao Folgueira got a free kick in the 44th minute. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ramos AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Etxekopar Argandoña was slow to take the kick. During this time Algorta FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Algorta FC's corner Etxekopar Argandoña fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cordarrol Rius quite easily take care of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yago Pedrera to strike the kick off in the second half. Ramos AFC's Yago Pedrera got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Algorta FC booed when Ramos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Arredondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jakue Bodon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Jakue Bodon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Algorta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jakue Bodon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cordarrol Rius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Ramos AFC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Pancho Herrera hit a great ball. The supporters of Ramos AFC booed when Algorta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafe Turiel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ramos AFC's zone, Beat Monzonis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cordarrol Rius came out of the goal and Beat Monzonis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ramos AFC's Cordarrol Rius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beat Monzonis in the 84th minute of play. In the 84th match minute, Ramos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pancho Herrera to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute, Yago Pedrera reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nunez Mediano. The goal made the score 0-3. In the 93rd minute Beat Monzonis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordarrol Rius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 93 minutes of play Ramos AFC's Pascual Arredondo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground.
