Ignado Escamilla succeeded in the game's 11th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Urtzi Gadea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cutberto Naveda having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Cordarius Baza made a precise shot to the right of Sabin Cadrecha. Amaro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The Amaro players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Medina were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cordarius Baza to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordarius Baza in the 60th minute of play forced Amaro's goalkeeper Sabin Cadrecha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amaro's Sabin Cadrecha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Amaro from getting a goal against them. Garikoitz Garmendia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cutberto Naveda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Cordarius Baza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabin Cadrecha having to interfere. With a little luck, Amaro's Sabin Cadrecha got control of the ball when Ignado Escamilla tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ignado Escamilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Sabin Cadrecha made a huge save. In a very dangerous position, a player in Amaro fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 84th minute. Penalty! In the 85th minute, the referee gave Medina a penalty. Vasco Vigil looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Sabin Cadrecha. Garikoitz Garmendia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Cutberto Naveda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Cordarius Baza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Medina's supporters rose to their feet, but Cordarius Baza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sabin Cadrecha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Medina's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
