Spectators: 6720 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 0) Polonio AFC's Tadeu Bernalda started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. William Bispo charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed William Bispo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 2nd minute of the game. One of Egana FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Polonio AFC:s goal. Herauso Aelle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ibon Angeles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 13 played minutes Egana FC got a freekick which was hit by Serapio Moneda. Tadeu Bernalda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herauso Aelle having to interfere. The supporters of Polonio AFC booed when Egana FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Igual didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Tadeu Bernalda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Herauso Aelle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ibon Angeles in the 24th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Tadeu Bernalda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polonio AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tadeu Bernalda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herauso Aelle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Egana FC's zone, Tadeu Bernalda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herauso Aelle came out of the goal and Tadeu Bernalda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 39 minutes, Ibon Angeles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Polonio AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ibon Angeles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tadeu Bernalda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teobaldo Fontanes made a kick off. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Polonio AFC's goalkeeper Ondino Alcain, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Andres Fresnos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 73 played minutes Egana FC got a freekick which was hit by Arotza Hierro. The long shot by Pablo-Enrique Bonachea in the 74th minute really tested Herauso Aelle's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Egana FC's Herauso Aelle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Egana FC from getting a goal against them. 82 minutes into the game, Paulo Igual was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Egana FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Polonio AFC the free kick. A collision led to Egana FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Paulo Igual hit a great ball. Tadeu Bernalda kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Polonio AFC's Ibon Angeles got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Polonio AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
