Piraraja's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Goiz Rosario scored to the left of an out of position Rioja Mediavilla, making the score, 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Goiz Rosario stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
