Spectators: 6690 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Iker Emesabel kicked off to start the match. When Benjamin Pardemanos fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bolivar's protests and gave Benjamin Pardemanos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th minute, Benjamin Pardemanos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute, Eustaquio Tu made a precise shot to the right of Mercurio Herencia. Bolivar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 13 minutes into the game, Bolivar's Iker Emesabel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gomez Maltrana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Gomez Maltrana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gonzalo Cantillo's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. With a little luck, Bolivar's Mercurio Herencia got control of the ball when Isusko Amador tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rd match minute, Bolivar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Pardemanos to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dayman AFC's goalkeeper Gomez Maltrana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dayman AFC's Isusko Amador got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gomez Maltrana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iker Emesabel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the game, Bolivar's Iker Emesabel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gomez Maltrana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Isusko Amador scored 2-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mercurio Herencia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot by Breogan Baños from long distance, 41 minutes into the match, got Mercurio Herencia's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The long shot by Breogan Baños in the 43rd minute really tested Mercurio Herencia's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Dayman AFC's Gomez Maltrana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Cantillo in the 44th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isusko Amador to make the kick off. Isusko Amador received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Mercurio Herencia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Bolivar's goal looked a bit too open when Isusko Amador came free, but Mercurio Herencia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gomez Maltrana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gonzalo Cantillo went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Iker Emesabel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gomez Maltrana having to make a save. If Gonzalo Cantillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ellande Carcel kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 84th minute Isusko Amador shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mercurio Herencia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isusko Amador recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Gonzalo Cantillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bolivar's supporters rose to their feet, but Gonzalo Cantillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gomez Maltrana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 96 minutes, Gonzalo Cantillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bolivar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gonzalo Cantillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gomez Maltrana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gonzalo Cantillo in the 98th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bolivar eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
