Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Paquito Carbajal started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Bertran Feliph hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paquito Carbajal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paquito Carbajal in the 11th minute of play forced Guayabos's goalkeeper Rumaldo Blasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Guayabos's Faustino Ibañez in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Godoy's goalie prevented a goal. Licerio Dalaje showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustino Ibañez, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Paquito Carbajal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rumaldo Blasco having to interfere. Rumaldo Blasco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angelino Horreo in the 33rd minute. The supporters of Godoy booed when Guayabos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beliran Cistero didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paquito Carbajal in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rumaldo Blasco saved Guayabos from getting behind. Angelino Horreo scored 3-0 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rumaldo Blasco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Faustino Ibañez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Guayabos's zone, Angelino Horreo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rumaldo Blasco came out of the goal and Angelino Horreo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rumaldo Blasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paquito Carbajal, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 65 minutes into the game, Godoy's Ponce Albo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rumaldo Blasco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 69th minute of the match Mateus Valines sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rumaldo Blasco skillfully saved the ball. Licerio Dalaje made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Tano Vendrell sent off a good shot on target. 79 minutes into the game, Innocenzio Soraiz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Godoy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guayabos the free kick. After 80 played minutes Godoy got a freekick which was hit by Innocenzio Soraiz. After recieving a nice pass, Guayabos's Tano Cancel tried to score from far away in the 81st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Armando Estela fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Godoy's protests and gave Armando Estela a yellow card for diving instead. Armando Estela kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Godoy's goalkeeper Licerio Dalaje had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tano Vendrell. After 88 minutes of play, Guayabos's Tano Vendrell made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Licerio Dalaje was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tano Vendrell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Licerio Dalaje tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Guayabos booed when Godoy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Olar didn't get a good kick on the ball.
