The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the match, Tiqui-Tiqui's goal looked a bit too open when Lauaxeta Acipreste came free, but Fiz Yarritu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee showed Ildefonso Marsella the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ildefonso Marsella hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Enmanuel Ochoa made the kick off in the second half. Lauaxeta Acipreste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Fiz Yarritu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Teodoro Arrazola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fiz Yarritu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enmanuel Ochoa couldn't finish the play. In the 89th minute, Valdense's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Orland Muelas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Nahia Povia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orland Muelas in the 91st minute. When Rayman Lorencio was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 92 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Valdense's Rayman Lorencio got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Orland Muelas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Valdense had won after a very even match.
