Amado Montez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Chano Artaza made a huge save. Chano Artaza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bento Moscoso in the 11th minute of play. Truylos Cofresi charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Truylos Cofresi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th minute, Truylos Cofresi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charro Beilzo in the 21st minute of play forced Piedritas's goalkeeper Florin Caraballo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Mantzio Rosal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lunarejo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mantzio Rosal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florin Caraballo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chano Artaza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bento Moscoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lunarejo FC's Chano Artaza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Lunarejo FC from getting a goal against them. Adriana Cerezo in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Chano Artaza, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mantzio Rosal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 38 minutes of play, Lunarejo FC's Charro Beilzo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florin Caraballo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 43rd minute, Piedritas's Bento Moscoso ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Chano Artaza. Chano Artaza yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Bento Moscoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Chano Artaza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bento Moscoso was the one to do the kick off. If Charro Beilzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 minutes, Oton Osorio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lunarejo FC and the Piedritas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 63 played minutes Lunarejo FC got a freekick which was hit by Oton Osorio. Amado Montez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66thth minute of the game Bento Moscoso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lunarejo FC's Chano Artaza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Piedritas's goal looked a bit too open when Charro Beilzo came free, but Florin Caraballo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amado Montez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chano Artaza having to make a save. After 73 played minutes Lunarejo FC got a freekick which was hit by Urritz Larios. In the 74th minute of the match Eguntsenti Solana sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chano Artaza skillfully saved the ball. When Bento Moscoso came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Piedritas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bento Moscoso couldn't finish the play. Charro Beilzo hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Chano Artaza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bento Moscoso's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. In the 89th minute, Mantzio Rosal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chano Artaza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Montez in the 91st minute of play. Amado Montez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
