In the 23rd minute of the match Deunoro Codony sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Naelio Ondategui skillfully saved the ball. Gartzen Villacian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Echeverria booed when Trigo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ildefonso Gox didn't get a good kick on the ball. Etxekopar Entrambasaguas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hipolito Tejada's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Naelio Ondategui read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Rafe Jayaga hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Gartzen Villacian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Jairo Regidor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After 55 minutes of play, Echeverria's Hipolito Tejada made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Naelio Ondategui was left in no man's land by his defense there! Etxekopar Entrambasaguas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Naelio Ondategui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Etxekopar Entrambasaguas in the 66th minute of play. A hard shot 68 in the game by Hipolito Tejada from a close distance when the talented Naelio Ondategui managed to make a qualified save. Trigo AFC's players were relieved. Gartzen Villacian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Regidor having to interfere. Etxekopar Entrambasaguas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Naelio Ondategui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute Nalo Ucero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Regidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jairo Regidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nalo Ucero in the 80th minute of the match. Guaberto Paliza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Trigo AFC's goalkeeper Naelio Ondategui, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gartzen Villacian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Regidor having to interfere. The Trigo AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Echeverria were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
