Cesar Trespuentes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lordi Peruyera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Garcia Balsera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Garcia Balsera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lordi Peruyera in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Manex Urreche got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 65 played minutes, Mataojito's Brion Igual shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Garcia Balsera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mataojito reached it. The audience was convinced that Lordi Peruyera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Garcia Balsera was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Curticeras defense, Cesar Trespuentes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Garcia Balsera. The Curticeras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Garcia Balsera should have stopped the shot. With an all-out effort, Curticeras's Xines Horihuela threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Manex Urreche, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Osasun Berriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xines Horihuela having to interfere. Alvaro Forcadas hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Pepito Gambo charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pepito Gambo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 94 played minutes Curticeras got a freekick which was hit by Pepito Gambo. Garcia Balsera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesar Trespuentes in the 96th minute of the match. Mataojito's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
