Montay Alvarado made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Montxo Lando sent off a good shot on target. Montxo Lando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. The audience was convinced that Pinto Monzon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Montay Alvarado was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. 45 minutes into the match, Zapara FC's Pinto Monzon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Montay Alvarado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Txindoki Grados made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Argoitz Echaniz in the 52nd minute of play. Pinto Monzon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Montay Alvarado having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Pinto Monzon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zapara FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pinto Monzon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Montay Alvarado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Montxo Lando sped through Uruguay Athletic Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Montay Alvarado. 65 minutes into the match, Zapara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Argoitz Echaniz came free, but Txindoki Grados reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Txindoki Grados made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Heli Mendivil sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th minute Roman Monterrey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Txindoki Grados saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Txindoki Grados had great luck who in the 70thth minute grab hold of the ball when Roman Monterrey from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The supporters of Uruguay Athletic Club booed when Zapara FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberino Plaza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roman Monterrey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
