Zayveon Tijero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavies Hordas in the 4th minute of play. Zayveon Tijero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olando Talavera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ixidor Sancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Venerando Veidazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Urtzi Barra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 19th minute by Venerando Veidazar got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to Canas AFC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Leonardo Pinedo hit a great ball. Urtzi Barra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ixidor Sancho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 36 minutes, Urtzi Barra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laura's supporters crossed their fingers, but Urtzi Barra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Laura's goalkeeper Zayveon Tijero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Canas AFC's Ixidor Sancho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venerando Veidazar in the 43rd minute of play. Araoz Rabel kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olando Talavera to strike the kick off in the second half. Venerando Veidazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ixidor Sancho having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Venerando Veidazar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Laura's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canas AFC the free kick. In the 61st minute, Venerando Veidazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute, Guter Ollacuria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute Venerando Veidazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ixidor Sancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Urtzi Barra in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ixidor Sancho saved Canas AFC from getting behind. If Olando Talavera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zayveon Tijero was a little too slow when Olando Talavera got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 0-1. When Laura's Venerando Veidazar in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Canas AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Xavies Hordas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Zayveon Tijero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canas AFC. Canas AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
