Spectators: 6720 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 0) Fidencio Padura made the kick off and thus started the match. Xerardo Villaño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Confesor Colombres, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After a rather tough play, Ahogados's John Almenara got a free kick in the 4th minute. Mingo Cunyat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Xerardo Villaño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mingo Cunyat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Confesor Colombres, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 13 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Xerardo Villaño was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Munio Cue recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xacobo Iturriaga scored 1-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maties Vidales, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fidencio Padura's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maties Vidales read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Munio Cue recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maties Vidales made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidencio Padura in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Xacobo Iturriaga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ruperto Pinillas hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Munio Cue blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maties Vidales having to make a save. Esperanza AFC's Mingo Cunyat got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Munio Cue came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Ahogados fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Munio Cue couldn't finish the play. 72 minutes into the match, Ahogados's Munio Cue sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maties Vidales narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, Ahogados's goal looked a bit too open when Mingo Cunyat came free, but Xerardo Villaño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xerardo Villaño showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mingo Cunyat in the 75th minute of the match. Xerardo Villaño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mingo Cunyat in the 77th minute of play. Munio Cue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Maties Vidales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th match minute, Esperanza AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruperto Pinillas to maneuver through the defense. Maties Vidales came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Ahogados's Munio Cue. But to his dismay, Munio Cue quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Munio Cue could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Maties Vidales made a huge save. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ahogados's goalkeeper Xerardo Villaño, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 93 minutes, Xacobo Iturriaga made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Esperanza AFC's Maties Vidales tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ahogados eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
