Maláver's Calvet Reynoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Maláver from getting a goal against them. Maláver's Luzea Oyuelos got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Luzea Oyuelos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gonchan Fias was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Luzea Oyuelos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gonchan Fias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robrecht Sneijers in the 35th minute of play. With a little luck, Maláver's Calvet Reynoso got control of the ball when Birila Atauri tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 37 played minutes Maláver got a freekick which was hit by Xepe Landazuri. In the 41st minute, Robrecht Sneijers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute Robrecht Sneijers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonchan Fias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robrecht Sneijers stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Luzea Oyuelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonchan Fias made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Robrecht Sneijers sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Tierraplanistas's Gonchan Fias got control of the ball when Robrecht Sneijers tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gonchan Fias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luzea Oyuelos in the 62nd minute of play. Robrecht Sneijers took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gonchan Fias. Gonchan Fias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 66 minutes into the game, Birila Atauri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tierraplanistas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maláver the free kick. In the 66th match minute, Tierraplanistas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Birila Atauri to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Tierraplanistas's Gonchan Fias got control of the ball when Robrecht Sneijers tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gonchan Fias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robrecht Sneijers, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luzea Oyuelos in the 73rd minute of play forced Tierraplanistas's goalkeeper Gonchan Fias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Martxot Bañuelos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gonchan Fias was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Robrecht Sneijers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Gonchan Fias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Luzea Oyuelos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gonchan Fias. The goal made the score 0-4. 91 minutes into the match, Maláver's Luzea Oyuelos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gonchan Fias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luzea Oyuelos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gonchan Fias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Maláver's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
