Spectators: 6702 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1702, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Orlanda Alamea kicked off to start the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jesco Arrillaga in the 2nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roldanillo Balli saved Abayuba from getting behind. Bartuelo Burgo hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. When Xandro Escarraz came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Minuano FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xandro Escarraz couldn't finish the play. Jesco Arrillaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roldanillo Balli having to interfere. Roldanillo Balli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jesco Arrillaga's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. If Xandro Escarraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Xandro Escarraz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Minuano FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 26th minute Orlanda Alamea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Morentin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Abayuba's goal looked a bit too open when Jesco Arrillaga came free, but Roldanillo Balli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Minuano FC's Damian Morentin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Minuano FC from getting a goal against them. After 36 played minutes Abayuba got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Osas. 37 minutes into the game, Orlanda Alamea lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Damian Morentin. Xandro Escarraz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Roldanillo Balli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jesco Arrillaga was the one to do the kick off. Jesco Arrillaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abayuba's Orlanda Alamea got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Sergio Osas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Orlanda Alamea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damian Morentin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Jesco Arrillaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roldanillo Balli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abayuba's Roldanillo Balli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Abayuba from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesco Arrillaga in the 79th minute of play forced Abayuba's goalkeeper Roldanillo Balli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 81 minutes, Jesco Arrillaga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Minuano FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesco Arrillaga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roldanillo Balli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesco Arrillaga in the 84th minute of play. If Orlanda Alamea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abayuba's Sergio Osas got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Minuano FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
