Spectators: 6703 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gaizkine Povia started the match with the kick off. Alaxy F.C's Pacorro Renta got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Eduino Hortigosa came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Ituzaingo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduino Hortigosa couldn't finish the play. 20 minutes into the match, Alaxy F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Zorion Zaldierna came free, but Marco Gallarde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Gallarde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zorion Zaldierna in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Alaxy F.C's Gonza Ardines got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Alaxy F.C's zone, Eduino Hortigosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Gallarde came out of the goal and Eduino Hortigosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eduino Hortigosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 29 played minutes Ituzaingo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Berrondo. 30 minutes into the match, Alaxy F.C's Hulberto Mallen broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Eduino Hortigosa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Marco Gallarde made a huge save. Marco Gallarde made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Eduino Hortigosa sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 40 minutes, Pacorro Renta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alaxy F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pacorro Renta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The supporters of Alaxy F.C booed when Ituzaingo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toro Saracha didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 56 minutes, Xacobo Telego mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alaxy F.C and the Ituzaingo AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Xacobo Telego kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Marco Gallarde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduino Hortigosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 60th minute Gaizkine Povia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Balanza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 60 played minutes Ituzaingo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Orlan Limon. Gaizkine Povia struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Felix Balanza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alaxy F.C. Zorion Zaldierna might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Gallarde. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zorion Zaldierna ran back to his position shaking his head. Ituzaingo AFC's Eduino Hortigosa got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaizkine Povia in the 74th minute of play forced Ituzaingo AFC's goalkeeper Felix Balanza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Eduino Hortigosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ituzaingo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eduino Hortigosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Gallarde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zorion Zaldierna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Marco Gallarde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Zorion Zaldierna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ituzaingo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zorion Zaldierna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Gallarde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felix Balanza didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 82nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zorion Zaldierna in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Gallarde saved Alaxy F.C from getting behind. After 89 played minutes Alaxy F.C got a freekick which was hit by Gonza Ardines. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Alaxy F.C's goalkeeper Marco Gallarde, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marco Gallarde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduino Hortigosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
