The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Echeverria booed when Ladrillos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmar Villarmea didn't get a good kick on the ball. A long shot from Frederico Mendizabal in the 5th minute of play was well struck, but Bembe Balensuela made a really good save at the right post. After a rather tough play, Ladrillos's Oriche Antonijoan got a free kick in the 7th minute. If Kiliz Villaseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Ladrillos's Bembe Balensuela got control of the ball when Pere Castejon tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yader Franco in the 14th minute of play forced Echeverria's goalkeeper Roano Mata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roano Mata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xinto Sotilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roano Mata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xinto Sotilla in the 26th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Ladrillos's Yader Franco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roano Mata narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Ladrillos booed when Echeverria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Loreto Rebollar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Echeverria's goal looked a bit too open when Xinto Sotilla came free, but Roano Mata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bembe Balensuela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pere Castejon in the 43rd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The audience thought a goal was coming when Xinto Sotilla got free with Roano Mata in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Pere Castejon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Pere Castejon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Echeverria's supporters rose to their feet, but Pere Castejon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bembe Balensuela breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Echeverria's Angelino Urrea pulled a muscle in his back after 72 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The supporters of Echeverria booed when Ladrillos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Turi Poso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bembe Balensuela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pere Castejon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yader Franco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hermon Faes hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Xinto Sotilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roano Mata having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Echeverria's Frederico Mendizabal got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Roano Mata made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Xinto Sotilla sent off a good shot on target.
