With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopoldo Areizabal in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Aramberri saved Aldecoa FC from getting behind. Jacobo Aramberri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Areizabal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aldecoa FC's Jacobo Aramberri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Areizabal in the 16th minute of play. In the 19thth minute of the game Bieito Olazarra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oribe AFC's Higinio Comas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 19th minute, Ignacio Ponce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 21 minutes, Leopoldo Areizabal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oribe AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leopoldo Areizabal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 22 minutes, Valentine Adan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oribe AFC and the Aldecoa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Oribe AFC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Valentine Adan hit a great ball. Higinio Comas made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Ignacio Ponce sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leopoldo Areizabal during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leopoldo Areizabal kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. When Aldecoa FC's Bieito Olazarra, in the 37th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Aldecoa FC. Jacobo Aramberri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanislao Morejon in the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th match minute, Aldecoa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nevada Garona to maneuver through the defense. Oribe AFC's Stanislao Morejon got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Aldecoa FC's Zilar Rosinos got a free kick in the 44th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bieito Olazarra made a kick off. Leopoldo Areizabal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Aramberri having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Oribe AFC's Stanislao Morejon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. After 66 played minutes, Oribe AFC's Pepillo Gurendes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jacobo Aramberri came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Oribe AFC reached it. After 67 played minutes Aldecoa FC got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Larena. Leopoldo Areizabal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Aldecoa FC's Bieito Olazarra in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oribe AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Stanislao Morejon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Oribe AFC's Belmiro Romeo got a free kick in the 78th minute. When Stanislao Morejon came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Oribe AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stanislao Morejon couldn't finish the play. Leopoldo Areizabal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Jacobo Aramberri made a huge save. 91 minutes into the match, Leopoldo Areizabal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Aramberri. Aldecoa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leopoldo Areizabal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The referee gave Aldecoa FC a penalty, 97 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jakue Zarzuelo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Oribe AFC's Higinio Comas. 1-2. Oribe AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
