The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Baltasar Posiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kismi Trullols in the 3rd minute of the match. 6 minutes into the game, Diego Alastuey cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Aresti Posadas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 17th minute Kismi Trullols shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltasar Posiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Baraquiel Urioste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, Jacta F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Kismi Trullols came free, but Baltasar Posiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, Fanuco Valentin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aresti Posadas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Baraquiel Urioste showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 26 minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Jacta F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Dorio Vivero came free, but Baltasar Posiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baltasar Posiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorio Vivero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baraquiel Urioste in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. When Dorio Vivero fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Echeverry AFC's protests and gave Dorio Vivero a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Jacta F.C booed when Echeverry AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorio Vivero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baltasar Posiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildephonso Malla, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute, Diego Alastuey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Baraquiel Urioste was the one to do the kick off. Baraquiel Urioste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Echeverry AFC's Aresti Posadas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Alastuey in the 85th minute of play. Jacta F.C's Diego Alastuey got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ildephonso Malla's late challenge caught a Jacta F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ildephonso Malla helped the player get up and apologised. Ildephonso Malla hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Jacta F.C players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
