Pedernal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Totoral AFC the free kick. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the match, Benvido Longo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Pedernal's Paulo Palomares. Paulo Palomares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Generosb Rionda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Benvido Longo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Paulo Palomares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xove Vincens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Generosb Rionda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, Pedernal's goal looked a bit too open when Benvido Longo came free, but Paulo Palomares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

If Generosb Rionda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Xove Vincens sped through Totoral AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Peru Carrion. Paulo Palomares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Generosb Rionda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Satordi Cuartas might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peru Carrion. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Satordi Cuartas ran back to his position shaking his head. Peru Carrion took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Satordi Cuartas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Quilo Mudarra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Satordi Cuartas came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Pedernal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Satordi Cuartas couldn't finish the play. In the 77th minute, Deunoro Antoñana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute, Satordi Cuartas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Peru Carrion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Satordi Cuartas in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Satordi Cuartas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Peru Carrion. Totoral AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Satordi Cuartas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Totoral AFC's zone, Xove Vincens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peru Carrion came out of the goal and Xove Vincens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Satordi Cuartas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Peru Carrion having to make a save. 95 minutes into the match, Pedernal's goalkeeper Paulo Palomares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benvido Longo. Benvido Longo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 97thth minute, Paulo Palomares skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pedernal fans cheered their team off the field, for while Totoral AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
