Spectators: 6690 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 0) Canas's Feliz Elizalde started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Castel Casanande stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zayvion Ontañon's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. After a rather tough play, Canas's Ubarna Vellon got a free kick in the 8th minute. Zayvion Ontañon scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Castel Casanande, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joaquim Garros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Castel Casanande having to interfere. In the 22nd match minute, Canas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mundo Peña to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zayvion Ontañon in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Castel Casanande prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 28th match minute, Canas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Elguera to maneuver through the defense. Laffitte Pereira's late challenge caught a Canas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Laffitte Pereira helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Canas booed when Mirotaun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laffitte Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samuel Elguera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurre Portocarrero having to interfere. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Canas's goalkeeper Castel Casanande, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zayvion Ontañon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Castel Casanande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Joaquim Garros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Castel Casanande. Canas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joaquim Garros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Canas's Castel Casanande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zayvion Ontañon in the 44th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zayvion Ontañon was the one to do the kick off. Castel Casanande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zayvion Ontañon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rozarius Proaño struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Castel Casanande didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mirotaun. A collision led to Canas getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ubarna Vellon hit a great ball. In the 57th minute Ildephonso Grajal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Castel Casanande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Zayvion Ontañon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mirotaun's supporters rose to their feet, but Zayvion Ontañon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Castel Casanande breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zoilo Santamaria hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. With his leg Castel Casanande managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Mirotaun's Zayvion Ontañon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Canas's zone, Kemen Luga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Castel Casanande came out of the goal and Kemen Luga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 64th minute, Zayvion Ontañon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Castel Casanande. The goal made the score 0-3. Arnoldo Ortiz hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Canas's Samuel Elguera pulled a muscle in his back after 74 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Larra Armida's late challenge caught a Canas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Larra Armida helped the player get up and apologised. In the 75th match minute, Mirotaun was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Larra Armida to maneuver through the defense. Mirotaun's Aurre Portocarrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zoilo Santamaria in the 76th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mirotaun's Rozarius Proaño got a free kick in the 80th minute. After 82 minutes, Feliz Elizalde mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Canas and the Mirotaun players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mirotaun made a substitution. Pes Logroño replaced Anastasio Pamanes. Zayvion Ontañon in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Castel Casanande, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Zayvion Ontañon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the game, one of Canas:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Castel Casanande had in the 97thth minute some difficulties stopping Ildephonso Grajal's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.
