If Roger Quaresma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Antonio Obieso fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coion's protests and gave Antonio Obieso a yellow card for diving instead. Antonio Obieso kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Xurxo Ciscal was a little too slow when Roger Quaresma got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 26th minute, Apolo Pamo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Azibar Villa struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Xurxo Ciscal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chimichurri. Xurxo Ciscal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vintilă Lucan in the 31st minute of play. After some careless play in the Coion defense, Roger Quaresma kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xurxo Ciscal. The Coion fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xurxo Ciscal should have stopped the shot. Ruisko Romay kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Roger Quaresma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Xurxo Ciscal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Vintilă Lucan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xurxo Ciscal made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Roger Quaresma sent off a good shot on target.

Xurxo Ciscal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vintilă Lucan in the 52nd minute of play. Coion's Xurxo Ciscal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Quaresma in the 54th minute of play. After having played for 55 minutes, Vintilă Lucan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chimichurri's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vintilă Lucan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 57 played minutes Chimichurri got a freekick which was hit by Ruisko Romay. In the 61st minute Roger Quaresma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xurxo Ciscal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roger Quaresma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Xurxo Ciscal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Vintilă Lucan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xurxo Ciscal was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. A collision led to Coion getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Errando Renta hit a great ball. Xurxo Ciscal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vintilă Lucan, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Bras Tostado hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 78 minutes of play, Chimichurri's Vintilă Lucan made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xurxo Ciscal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roger Quaresma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Xurxo Ciscal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chimichurri's Roger Quaresma got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vintilă Lucan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xurxo Ciscal having to interfere. Coion's Xurxo Ciscal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vintilă Lucan in the 96th minute of play. Chimichurri's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
