Spectators: 6705 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1705, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Phelipe Quadros started the match with the kick off. Araoz Gaig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ildephonso Gandia in the 3rd minute of the match. Gorri Llaguno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Araoz Gaig having to interfere. In the 7thth minute of the game Gorri Llaguno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Celeste FC's Araoz Gaig was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 8th minute Phelipe Quadros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manni Alfonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oinaz Sorzano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gorri Llaguno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13th match minute, Celeste FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phelipe Quadros to maneuver through the defense. Godoy's Imanol Turrilla got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gorri Llaguno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 26 minutes of play, Godoy's Imanol Turrilla made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Araoz Gaig was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Celeste FC booed when Godoy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nevada Riesgo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manni Alfonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Phelipe Quadros in the 31st minute of play. Oinaz Sorzano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manni Alfonso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Phelipe Quadros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Gorri Llaguno might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Araoz Gaig. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gorri Llaguno ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 87th minute of the game. One of Godoy:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Celeste FC:s goal. Lluciano Dosal shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Godoy walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
