Spectators: 6698 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1698, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cresenciano Escoto started the match with the kick off. After 6 minutes, Cresenciano Escoto made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Itapebi's Roano Parga tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 9 minutes, Admon Nocedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Itapebi and the Casupa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th minute, one of Itapebi:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Itapebi. In the 10th minute there was a penalty for Casupa FC. Mikelats Urbina stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Roano Parga. 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Constancio Garival during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Casupa FC's Constancio Garival got a free kick in the 15th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Birjaio Hontoria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Itapebi's supporters rose to their feet, but Birjaio Hontoria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronaldinho Solarriba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 20 played minutes Itapebi got a freekick which was hit by Gorka Mezquita. Paz Macedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roano Parga having to interfere. Roano Parga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cresenciano Escoto's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Birjaio Hontoria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ronaldinho Solarriba stood somewhat misplaced when Luciano Tixido came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 30 minute. Birjaio Hontoria's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronaldinho Solarriba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Casupa FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Birjaio Hontoria fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Birjaio Hontoria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Admon Nocedo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 47 minutes had been played. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Itapebi:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Casupa FC:s goal. In the 50th minute there was a penalty for Casupa FC. Mikelats Urbina stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Roano Parga. 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luciano Tixido to make the kick off. Paz Macedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roano Parga having to interfere. Luciano Tixido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Itapebi's zone, Paz Macedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roano Parga came out of the goal and Paz Macedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Efren Arijola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roano Parga having to interfere. Luciano Tixido struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Ronaldinho Solarriba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itapebi. Roano Parga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paz Macedo in the 82nd minute. In the 87th minute, Efren Arijola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Itapebi's Zacarias Fole tried to score from far away in the 87th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Luciano Tixido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paz Macedo got free with Roano Parga in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roano Parga made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Paz Macedo sent off a good shot on target. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Casupa FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
