With his leg Qwinton Gener managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Lapuente's Javiar Hesles fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Txaran Liaño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Cobreros, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Domenico Ciaran hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The referee gave Domenico Ciaran a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Orgoroso FC's Domenico Ciaran got a free kick in the 47th minute. In the 48th minute of the match Hilario Aristeguieta shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Qwinton Gener showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

Orgoroso FC's Qwinton Gener played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldir Basante in the 52nd minute of play. In the 58th minute Javiar Hesles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qwinton Gener saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleuterio Gallego in the 61st minute of play forced Orgoroso FC's goalkeeper Qwinton Gener to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luis Cobreros got his second yellow card in the match during the 65th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Hilario Aristeguieta took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Qwinton Gener. Orgoroso FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Javiar Hesles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
