The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Havier Tejerizo during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Havier Tejerizo kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Carqueja AFC's Edur Paiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Velis in the 7th minute of play. Camilo Velis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Edur Paiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Medardo Pedronera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Medardo Pedronera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guilabertus Hoyuelos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Jatsu Calonge charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jatsu Calonge the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 24th match minute, Carqueja AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jatsu Calonge to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Carqueja AFC booed when Anastasia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Havier Tejerizo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ulises Melgar, 30 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Medardo Pedronera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guilabertus Hoyuelos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacob Asenjo, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After having played for 36 minutes, Camilo Velis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anastasia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camilo Velis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 38th minute, Jatsu Calonge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Medardo Pedronera in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Guilabertus Hoyuelos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camilo Velis in the 45th minute of play forced Carqueja AFC's goalkeeper Edur Paiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Carqueja AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Anastasia FC were winning 0-1.

Leizarraga Viera's late challenge caught a Carqueja AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leizarraga Viera helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd minute, Leizarraga Viera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Medardo Pedronera managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carqueja AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Medardo Pedronera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guilabertus Hoyuelos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Medardo Pedronera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Camilo Velis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anastasia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Camilo Velis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edur Paiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Camilo Velis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edur Paiz having to interfere. Edur Paiz made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Pedroso Carabia sent off a good shot on target. 63 minutes into the match, Carqueja AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Velis came free, but Edur Paiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Jacob Asenjo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guilabertus Hoyuelos was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Jacob Asenjo put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Guilabertus Hoyuelos. Ubaldo Ibaute recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ulises Melgar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Guilabertus Hoyuelos. Anastasia FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 80th match minute, Carqueja AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jatsu Calonge to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Carqueja AFC's zone, Camilo Velis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edur Paiz came out of the goal and Camilo Velis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guilabertus Hoyuelos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Medardo Pedronera went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Carqueja AFC's Edur Paiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Carqueja AFC from getting a goal against them. Guilabertus Hoyuelos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Medardo Pedronera in the 93rd minute of the match. Camilo Velis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carqueja AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Anastasia FC for a fine match.
