Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 0) Dolfos Cera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berto Afraga having to interfere. Mitxaut Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Berto Afraga was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Emenon Pastrana. Xurxo Albo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Berto Afraga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Chilcas's Dolfos Cera ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Berto Afraga. Berto Afraga yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 17th minute of the match Marques Baraona shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fernandez Joseph showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Barcelo in the 20th minute of play forced Chilcas's goalkeeper Fernandez Joseph to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Rodney Ybañez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th match minute, Platon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mitxaut Venegas to maneuver through the defense. 29 minutes into the match, Emenon Pastrana sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Berto Afraga threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Emenon Pastrana this time. Dolfos Cera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Chilcas's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Barcelo came free, but Fernandez Joseph reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Berto Afraga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dolfos Cera's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 35th minute, but Berto Afraga got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Platon hanging dry this time. Fernandez Joseph took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolando Barcelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 minutes of play, Platon's Ixidor Canales made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernandez Joseph was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fernandez Joseph made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Barcelo in the 45th minute of play.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dolfos Cera made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Nalo Sala managed to get in a good position for a shot. Platon's supporters rose to their feet, but Nalo Sala was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernandez Joseph breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rolando Barcelos short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Fernandez Joseph to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Rolando Barcelo came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Platon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rolando Barcelo couldn't finish the play. In the 66th minute, Platon's Martino Albarez seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Martino Albarez the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Platon protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Martino Albarez had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Platon! Emenon Pastrana shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Berto Afraga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dolfos Cera in the 70th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xurxo Albo in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Berto Afraga saved Platon from getting behind. Rolando Barcelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Blasco Coteron took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Berto Afraga. Platon's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Xurxo Albo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chilcas's supporters rose to their feet, but Xurxo Albo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Berto Afraga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Berto Afraga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dolfos Cera in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Rolando Barcelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the match, Rolando Barcelo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernandez Joseph. Chilcas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rolando Barcelo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Vivar during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Platon getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Ado Santotis hit a great ball.
