Martinez Leira kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Fabricio Sarra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Piriapolis booed when PASION TRICOLOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martxel Pizarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xalvador Berar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Llorienzo Gonzalez's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Naike Olivan kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute of the match Feliberto Saribiarte shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Xalvador Berar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Piriapolis's goalkeeper Xayveon Belaunde had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabricio Sarra. In the 19th match minute, Piriapolis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maule Mina to maneuver through the defense. Urti Albisu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Xalvador Berar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Llorienzo Gonzalez made a precise shot to the right of Xalvador Berar. PASION TRICOLOR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 33 minutes into the match, Piriapolis's goal looked a bit too open when Naike Olivan came free, but Xayveon Belaunde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute, Martxel Pizarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Urti Albisu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Llorienzo Gonzalez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Xalvador Berar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ambrosio Payno to strike the kick off in the second half. Xalvador Berar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urti Albisu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute, Urti Albisu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Xalvador Berar. The goal made the score 0-2. Xayveon Belaunde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabricio Sarra in the 62nd minute of the match. Xalvador Berar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Urti Albisu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 65 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Llorienzo Gonzalez in the 72nd minute of play forced PASION TRICOLOR's goalkeeper Xalvador Berar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind PASION TRICOLOR's goalkeeper Xalvador Berar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Llorienzo Gonzalez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urti Albisu in the 81st minute of play forced PASION TRICOLOR's goalkeeper Xalvador Berar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 84 minutes, Urti Albisu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piriapolis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Urti Albisu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 87 minutes, Caetano Vivar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Piriapolis and the PASION TRICOLOR players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 87th match minute, Piriapolis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caetano Vivar to maneuver through the defense. Distiratsu Lobregon, 88 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Llorienzo Gonzalez came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Piriapolis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Llorienzo Gonzalez couldn't finish the play. 94 minutes into the game, Distiratsu Lobregon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PASION TRICOLOR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piriapolis the free kick. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for PASION TRICOLOR! Piriapolis's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
