Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) Itapebi's Zelipe Llamazares started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zelipe Llamazares took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicolao Monje. Che Orozco kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, one of Centro:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Centro. The referee gave Itapebi a penalty, 23 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lalla Montes, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Centro's Nicolao Monje. 2-2. Nicolao Monje didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daunte Carrandi went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Arnulfo Regules sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Itapebi fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Itapebi's Zelipe Llamazares looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ederono Trielles to strike the kick off in the second half. Itapebi's Zelipe Llamazares got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicolao Monje took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zelipe Llamazares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Centro's Nicolao Monje got control of the ball when Arnulfo Regules tried to sneak it across the goal line. Itapebi's Zelipe Llamazares got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 68 minutes, Ederono Trielles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Centro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ederono Trielles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lehior Ricote in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Padro Garmendia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Arnulfo Regules had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicolao Monje made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zelipe Llamazares in the 86th minute of play. Centro's Lehior Ricote got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicolao Monje took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zelipe Llamazares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Itapebi walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
