Spectators: 6688 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1688, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sanson Baneros kicked off to start the match. An unexpected shot in the 4th minute by Orlin Fraile got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 8 played minutes Mataojo got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Ledesma. In the 9th minute of the match Evis Fasgar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ordono Massey showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miro Fombona in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrea Torrecillas saved Averias FC from getting behind. Sanson Baneros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ordono Massey having to interfere. Chucho Beteta kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Mataojo's zone, Luar Ondovilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ordono Massey came out of the goal and Luar Ondovilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sanson Baneros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ordono Massey having to interfere. In the 30th minute of the match Averias FC got a corner. Mataojo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Evis Fasgar ran over to the corner to take the kick. Averias FC's Evis Fasgar was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ordono Massey in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Benedicto Guzman hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miro Fombona in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrea Torrecillas saved Averias FC from getting behind. If Miro Fombona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orlin Fraile could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Andrea Torrecillas made a huge save. Miro Fombona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Averias FC's Andrea Torrecillas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Averias FC from getting a goal against them. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Miro Fombona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Ongile Aumada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Averias FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mataojo the free kick. In the 55th minute, Mitxaut Tavira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute of the match Mataojo got a corner. Averias FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Isidro Ledesma ran over to the corner to take the kick. Orlin Fraile struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Andrea Torrecillas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mataojo. 61 minutes into the match, Mataojo's Miro Fombona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andrea Torrecillas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Mataojo booed when Averias FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bastia Madariaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miro Fombona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ordono Massey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sanson Baneros in the 77th minute of play. Orlin Fraile sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luar Ondovilla got free with Ordono Massey in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85th minute, Silban Subijana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Sanson Baneros took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Ordono Massey to make any attempt to save it. Mataojo's Chucho Beteta got his second yellow card of the match in the 91st minute. The referee ordered Chucho Beteta off the ground. A collision led to Mataojo getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Chucho Beteta hit a great ball. Ordono Massey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luar Ondovilla in the 93rd minute. 98 minutes into the game, Mataojo's Miro Fombona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Andrea Torrecillas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The Averias FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Mataojo from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
