Spectators: 6703 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 0) Floresta's Herensuge Franco started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Leizarraga Palazuelo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 14 played minutes Lavalleja AFC got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Afonte. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leizarraga Palazuelo in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Diego Infiesto saved Floresta from getting behind. Flor Ozaolaza, 26 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yago Erazo got free with Diego Infiesto in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Diego Infiesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leizarraga Palazuelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The Floresta fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Floresta's Herensuge Franco looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Justino Zabaleta kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Herensuge Franco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zuri Lillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Zosimo Urtarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42nd minute, Justino Zabaleta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Yago Erazo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lavalleja AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Yago Erazo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Infiesto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th match minute, Floresta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlo Massana to maneuver through the defense. The Lavalleja AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Floresta were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leizarraga Palazuelo to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Herensuge Franco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zuri Lillo was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. 57 minutes into the match, Herensuge Franco dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zuri Lillo, 0-2. If Herensuge Franco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Herensuge Franco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yago Erazo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leizarraga Palazuelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Diego Infiesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zosimo Urtarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cleto Falces hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Leizarraga Palazuelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orlo Massana kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. If Leizarraga Palazuelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lavalleja AFC's Zuri Lillo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Lavalleja AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 97thth minute of the game Herensuge Franco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lavalleja AFC's Zuri Lillo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Floresta booed when Lavalleja AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xulian Lledias didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Lavalleja AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Floresta's performance. The match ended with a win for Floresta.
