Zuri Lillo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Terciero Joseph made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yago Erazo in the 27th minute of play. Yago Erazo struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Terciero Joseph didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lavalleja AFC. Leizarraga Palazuelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yago Erazo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Terciero Joseph having to interfere. Thomas Canelas struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Zuri Lillo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barker. Justino Zabaleta's late challenge caught a Barker's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Justino Zabaleta helped the player get up and apologised. Flor Ozaolaza kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 42ndth minute of the game Leizarraga Palazuelo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barker's Terciero Joseph was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pasqual Vigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pasqual Vigo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Justino Zabaleta kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Pasqual Vigo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barker's supporters rose to their feet, but Pasqual Vigo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zuri Lillo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Lavalleja AFC booed when Barker was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matei Ruisaez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Terciero Joseph made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leizarraga Palazuelo in the 71st minute. In the 77th minute, Barker's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Yago Erazo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 81 minutes into the match, Barker's Thomas Canelas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zuri Lillo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lavalleja AFC's Zuri Lillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pasqual Vigo in the 81st minute of play. After 84 minutes of play, Barker's Pasqual Vigo made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zuri Lillo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Lavalleja AFC's Leizarraga Palazuelo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Terciero Joseph. That made the score 3-1 after 94 minutes of play. Barker's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
