Prospero Miñaca's late challenge caught a Zion's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Prospero Miñaca helped the player get up and apologised. Prospero Miñaca hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Marino Munaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andres Encalada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felo Hurtaran during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zion's supporters rose to their feet, but Oro Uruñuela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romelio Marfa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zion's Marino Munaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Encalada in the 83rd minute of play.
