The crowd rose to their feet as Mercurio Valderrabano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Txaran Pujargimon. That made the score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Moncho Viejo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Curtina AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Laureles AFC the free kick. Moncho Viejo kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Mercurio Valderrabano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Txaran Pujargimon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute, George Mañueco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silverio Carranza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31stth minute of the game Silverio Carranza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laureles AFC's Alfredo Abadia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Curtina AFC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Cisco Clusella hit a great ball. In the 35th match minute, Curtina AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moncho Viejo to maneuver through the defense. After 38 played minutes Curtina AFC got a freekick which was hit by Moncho Viejo. Txaran Pujargimon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mercurio Valderrabano, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. If Silverio Carranza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Txaran Pujargimon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cambranes Alvarado in the 51st minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Laureles AFC's goalkeeper Alfredo Abadia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silverio Carranza. Mercurio Valderrabano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, George Mañueco took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Alfredo Abadia to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Laureles AFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Mendebal Sequeiros hit a great ball. In the 67th match minute, Laureles AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaunzuria Ahijado to maneuver through the defense. 68 minutes in the game, George Mañueco dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. With a little luck, Laureles AFC's Alfredo Abadia got control of the ball when Silverio Carranza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Txaran Pujargimon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mercurio Valderrabano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the match, Laureles AFC's goal looked a bit too open when George Mañueco came free, but Alfredo Abadia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Silverio Carranza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laureles AFC's Alfredo Abadia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Mañueco in the 88th minute of play. When Silverio Carranza came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Curtina AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silverio Carranza couldn't finish the play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
