A collision led to Libertad getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Rogelio Ameyugo hit a great ball. If Ganix Suso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximo Gian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gero Pages made a kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Dayman's goalkeeper Bidun Artigue, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Gero Pages had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 55 minutes, Ganix Suso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Libertad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ganix Suso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 59th minute of the match, Waldir Urquiaga tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zayvion Lerdo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Txatxu Guaras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Zayvion Lerdo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Ganix Suso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Libertad's supporters rose to their feet, but Ganix Suso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bidun Artigue breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 77 minutes into the match, Gero Pages notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Dayman's Bidun Artigue. Bidun Artigue was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gero Pages in the 81st minute of play forced Dayman's goalkeeper Bidun Artigue to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bidun Artigue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ganix Suso, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Libertad's Zayvion Lerdo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldir Urquiaga in the 92nd minute of play. Waldir Urquiaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Zayvion Lerdo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 97 minutes, Zayvion Lerdo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 97 minutes into the match, Waldir Urquiaga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zayvion Lerdo. Libertad's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Waldir Urquiaga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.
