Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Firman Piñero got the match started through his kick off. If Miliano Cistero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Maldonado's Miliano Cistero slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ongile Uralde. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordarrel Bon in the 16th minute of play forced Maldonado's goalkeeper Chucho Lloret to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Oalo Terres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maldonado's supporters rose to their feet, but Oalo Terres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ongile Uralde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miliano Cistero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ongile Uralde having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Miliano Cistero took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ongile Uralde to make any attempt to save it. Maldonado's Miliano Cistero got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chucho Lloret showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Firman Piñero, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Ongile Uralde made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oalo Terres in the 34th minute. Leonel Illera kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the game, one of Kiyu AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 38th minute of the game, Maldonado got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. Firman Piñero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cordarrel Bon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severino Argandona hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Eustaquio Velis didn't quite understand what happened when in the 49 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miliano Cistero to make the kick off. After 56 minutes, Gaskon Macho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maldonado and the Kiyu AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Maldonado's Gaskon Macho got a free kick in the 56th minute. Firman Piñero might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chucho Lloret. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Firman Piñero ran back to his position shaking his head. Chucho Lloret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Firman Piñero in the 68th minute of the match. Ongile Uralde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miliano Cistero in the 72nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miliano Cistero in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ongile Uralde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maldonado's Chucho Lloret proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Maldonado from getting a goal against them. Cordarrel Bon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 99th minute of the match, but Chucho Lloret made a huge save. Maldonado's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
