After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Constantino Bengochea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Montes's supporters rose to their feet, but Constantino Bengochea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Galo Regaño to make the kick off. Galo Regaño might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evis Sirguero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Galo Regaño ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Montes booed when Arriera FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gora Rascon hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Nalo Mijares hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Evis Sirguero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Galo Regaño in the 94th minute of play. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Montes's goalkeeper Evis Sirguero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
