Spectators: 6702 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1702, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dolcet Avila took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cambara's Birila Cerrajero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricart Cena in the 4th minute of play. The supporters of Cambara booed when Darwin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gar Pelaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jose-Antonio Malo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Yaniusky Ubera made a huge save. Yaniusky Ubera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Phelipe Arraiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ricart Cena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Darwin's Ricart Cena got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Birila Cerrajero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dolcet Avila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, Estevez Pi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Birila Cerrajero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricart Cena, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 42ndth minute of the game Dolcet Avila who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cambara's Birila Cerrajero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Estevez Pi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birila Cerrajero having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nabar Navariega during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cambara fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! In the 47th minute there was a penalty for Darwin. Weterio Sarceada stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Birila Cerrajero. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Phelipe Arraiz made a kick off. With his leg Birila Cerrajero managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Darwin's Ricart Cena fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Cambara's Feliberto Macedo got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 61st minute, Muno Camats hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Cambara's Nabar Navariega got a free kick in the 67th minute. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Elia Zermeño advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-2 in the 70th minute. Yaniusky Ubera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose-Antonio Malo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Cambara's goal looked a bit too open when Dolcet Avila came free, but Birila Cerrajero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Darwin's Ricart Cena got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Birila Cerrajero made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Ricart Cena sent off a good shot on target. 94 minutes into the match, Cambara's goalkeeper Birila Cerrajero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricart Cena. If Dolcet Avila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Despite being the better team, Darwin failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
